1. Booking Terms and Conditions

1.1 This agreement ("Agreement") does not constitute a vehicle rental agreement. The car rental services (hereinafter "Car Rental Services") will be provided under a separate rental agreement that will be concluded with the company Italy Car Renting S.r.l. owner of the Autonoleggio Prime company brand that will supply the vehicle ("Local Supplier") and you (hereinafter the "Customer") must conclude this rental agreement upon collection of the vehicle. In addition, the Customer will be subject to the standard conditions of Autonoleggio Prime relating to eligibility to drive.


1.2 For bookings of the pre-paid online service, the Customer concludes the Agreement with Autonoleggio Prime (see the Terms and Conditions of the pre-paid online service below).


1.3 For bookings of the post-paid service the Customer concludes the Agreement with the Local Supplier (see the Terms and Conditions of the post-paid service below).


1.4 The Customer acknowledges and agrees that any contractual relationship between the Customer and the local Supplier in relation to the Car Rental services will be established only upon collection of the vehicle by the Customer and that it will be subject to the law of the country in which the vehicle itself is actually withdrawn by the Customer.


1.5 The Customer acknowledges that the rented car can only circulate in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Holland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. Car rental Prime cars are also allowed to circulate in Croatia and Slovenia, with the exception of Large Station Wagon, Executive, Luxury and 4x4 cars. The transit and return of Autonoleggio Prime cars in the following countries is expressly forbidden: Albania, Belarus, Bosnia, Bulgaria, C.S.I. (former USSR), Estonia, Finland, Greece, Herzegovina, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Ukraine, Hungary.


1.6 In case of non-compliance by Customers with the prohibitions referred to in point 1.5, Autonoleggio Prime will be forced, in the event of theft or destruction of the vehicle, under any circumstances, to charge the full market price of the vehicle. In the event of any repairs to be made to the car, following damage caused by an accident, or of any mechanical nature, the repair costs will be charged in full, including labor, hospitalization, transport for repatriation and practical management as well as a reasonable charge for the lack of economic use of the car due to the technical stoppage.


1.7 Autonoleggio Prime, and the Local Supplier will not be in any way responsible for price changes resulting from the application of laws that modify the percentage of VAT and airport and / or railway charges.

2. Terms and Conditions of the Pre-paid On-line Service

2.1. By clicking on "I accept" during the booking process, the Customer concludes the Agreement with Autonoleggio Prime and remains bound by the relative terms and conditions. With the conclusion of the Agreement, the Customer agrees to purchase a voucher from Car Hire Prime of face value for the amount of the rate indicated by Car Hire Prime. Car Rental Prime will issue the voucher, provide it to the Customer via e-mail and book the Car Rental Services. The Customer can hand over his / her voucher in order to use the Car Rental Services from the Local Supplier from which he can collect the car upon presentation of the voucher.


2.2. The Customer undertakes to pay the full amount indicated on the voucher by credit and / or debit card or bank transfer in order to use the Rental services requested at the time of booking on our website. The voucher will not be issued until the full amount has been paid.


2.3. The voucher purchased by the Customer can be delivered and will entitle to the rental (VAT included) of the car chosen or similar by the Customer for the dates that the Customer has booked, together with the other items specifically included in the price at the time of booking, at the rates provided by us. quantified to the Customer. The customer can view these items by clicking on the link "Your quote includes" on the "Quote" page.


2.4. Any other item or optional service (for example, special equipment, additional drivers, optional insurance, gasoline, additional days to those booked) is subject to additional prices that must be paid directly to the Local Supplier when picking up or returning the car . Additional costs may be applied by the Local Supplier if the Customer is under 25 years old.


2.5. Refund and waiver Autonoleggio Prime does not ask for a credit card to make a reservation and does not ask for any security deposit. In the event that the customer, by his will or due to force majeure, communicates to the renter the non-use of the booked service within 24 hours before the start of the booking made, he will receive from Autonoleggio Prime a coupon of equal value to the rental made valid 24 months. In case of non-communication, the customer will lose the entire amount made. In the event that the hirer cancels the customer's order, the refund will be made within 30 working days and the customer will receive the full amount paid.


2.6. If the Customer does not collect his vehicle within 24 hours from the date and time indicated in the booking, without a justified and valid reason, a penalty equal to 10% will be charged as compensation by Autonoleggio Prime. Car Rental Prime will refund the Customer the amount of the voucher that exceeds the aforementioned amount due to non-collection.


2.7. To obtain a refund of the sums paid to purchase the voucher (as applicable), the Customer must request the refund of the amount by writing an e-mail to this address This email address is being protected from spambots. 2.8. For clarity, no refunds will be issued by Autonoleggio Prime if:
a) the Customer does not use part of the period he has booked;
b) the Customer changes his reservation and the amount to be paid for the Car Rental Services is less than the amount paid for the original reservation..

3. Modification of reservations

3.1. Provided that vehicles are available and subject to the conditions set out in art. 3.2 below, the Customer can change his / her reservation of the vehicle object of the rental up to 24 hours before the date of collection of the vehicle itself through this site or up to the start time of the rental by calling Autonoleggio Prime at the numbers +39 347 5899328 +39 095 8900227. Without prejudice to the conditions indicated below, the Customer can use their voucher to pay for these alternative services.


3.2. Changes to bookings are subject to the following conditions:
a) if the Customer changes his reservation and the amount of the Car Rental Services is higher than the nominal amount of the voucher, the Customer will be charged the relative difference according to the Car Rental Prime rates in force at that time and this difference must be paid at the time of the modification.
b) if the amount of the new booking is less than the nominal amount of the voucher, the Customer will not be entitled to any refund..

4. Terms and Conditions of the post-paid service (payment at the rental office)

4.1 By clicking on "I accept" during the booking process, the Client only concludes this Agreement with the Local Supplier and remains bound by the relevant terms and conditions. The Car Rental Services will be the subject of a separate rental agreement which will be concluded with the Local Supplier.
4.2 In the event that the Customer is charged an amount for non-cancellation due to the occurrence of an event of force majeure, including, without limitation, natural events, acts of terrorism, governmental or other public authority acts, wars, riots, insurrections, embargoes or general strikes, the Customer will be entitled to the refund of this amount by providing the Local Supplier with appropriate feedback of the occurrence of such force majeure events.

5. Change of bookings for post-paid service

5.1 Provided that vehicles are available, the Customer can change their booking up to 24 hours before the rental start time through this site or by calling the Prime Car Hire offices at +39 095 8900227 or +39 347 5899328

6. Various

6.1 The Court of Trapani will be competent for any controversy.
